When is OPTIMIZE 24?
OPTIMIZE 24 sessions and keynotes will take place starting Monday, April 29 ending Wednesday, May 1. Training courses will take place on Thursday, May 2 at 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. There are a select few courses that will continue through 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3.

I would like to attend OPTIMIZE 24 but need a visa to enter the United States. Is there an invitation letter available I can provide with my visa application?
Yes, we have a general invitation letter available for customers that need to obtain a visa to enter the United States. Click here to download the letter.
How do I access the presentation downloads?
First, ensure you are logged in by clicking the platform links in emails from no-reply@events.aspentech.com. Then, click 'Take me there' in the banner at the top of the OPTIMIZE 24 home page. The next page will display all sessions, and sessions with downloadable content will be tagged 'Available for Download'. Use the filters in the top right corner to show only sessions with downloads available.
Registration & Payments
I am receiving an error message when I try to submit payment.
There are a few reasons you may receive an error:
We recommend you try to submit your registration again on another day using an accepted credit card type and the correct billing address associated with the card. If you continue to have issues, reach out to the OPTIMIZE event team.
My company is not able to pay by credit card. Is there an alternative method of payment available?

Are there group discounts available for OPTIMIZE 24?
We are excited to announce special group discounts for OPTIMIZE attendees. Groups of 10-24 individuals from the same company will receive a 5% discount and larger groups of 25+ receive a 10% discount. What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation email?
If you have not received your confirmation email, please first check your junk/spam folder. If you still can't locate your confirmation email, please chat with a member of our support team at OPTIMIZE@aspentech.com.
I can no longer attend the event, how do I cancel my ticket?
We are sorry to hear won’t be attending OPTIMIZE 24. To cancel your ticket, please email your request to OPTIMIZE@aspentech.com. Your timely cancellation will enable us to provide your spot to another participant and sustainably manage our resources.
What is the refund policy?
If you are no longer able to attend, please send an email to OPTIMIZE@aspentech.com to request a refund. Refunds will be provided as follows:
If you need to cancel with less than 7 days notice, we will gladly reassign your ticket to someone else in your organization.
Training
Do I need to register in advance for the training on Thursday and Friday?
Yes, if you want to attend any of the training courses, please register, select and pay for the course you want. Space is extremely limited, so be sure to register early.
Is there an additional cost to attend the training sessions on Thursday and Friday?
The cost to attend training is: early bird $550, standard $650 and late $750 per course.
